• Why do we save your data? We need your name and email address to send booking confirmations, schedule updates, and to know how many chairs to set up. If you provide dietary requirements, that information is used strictly for catering purposes.

• How long do we keep it? Your data is deleted no later than 30 days after the event, unless you actively opt in to receive future event invitations from us.

• Who gets to see it? Only the event organizers. We never sell or share your data with external parties.

• Your rights: You always have the right to know what data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request that we delete your data entirely. To do so, simply email jens.grip@sjobergska.se.
